Nour Ailan is our web director. Nour has BIT Degree (Bachelor of Information Technology) and Diploma of Computer Engineering. She has 10 years’ experience in website directing, IT support and quality assurance. She ,as Web director, performs testing and quality assurance for web sites and web applications. Nour has advanced skills in HTML, CSS, Java, C#, PHP, and data base management (PL/SQL, SQL). She manages SEO and websites’ updates, maintenance, functionality, and security.
	David Reinke specializes in the commercial real estate market throughout South Florida. He has led the financial analysis and underwriting of more than $1 billion in investment properties and involved in the sales of over $200 million of property. He is well versed in the assessment of sales trends, asking rents and vacancy rates in Florida markets. He also is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, advising clients on disposition strategies, drafting offering memorandums, keeping clients updated on market trends and sales data, and exploring every possible option to maximize and preserve asset value for clients. Mr. Reinke has recently joined The Farah Group where he will continue to share his market knowledge with investors. He will assist investors in acquiring and disposing of assets while achieving the best possible returns for his clients. Previously, from 2011-2017, he for worked for Franklin Street Real Estate where he specialized in Multifamily brokerage services. He played an integral role in opening the Miami office and establishing a presence in the South Florida market. Mr. Reinke graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Real Estate and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
	Jody Laport comes to The Farah Group with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, having specialized in retail/restaurant leasing, tenant representation, and property sales throughout the United States and Canada. Years of expertise in this field made her a natural for working with business opportunity sales and purchases. Cousin Farah of The Farah Group has been selling and owning/operating businesses in Miami and throughout the United States for over 37 years. Her affiliation with Cousin Farah allows her expansion in this field, while continuing to assist retail and restaurant clients with their leasing and sales requirements.
